Triumph after Tragedy Alternative Resources. is an organization formed by Sandra Rougier for the legacy of her only child Teshawn T Samuel. A 18 year old young father of two girls that was murdered by gun violence in 1999 (8/4/80 - 2/1/99).
Triumph After Tragedy Alternative Resources Mission is to offer adolescents and young parents alternatives to living a "streetlife". With the main focus on offering skills and trainings, also parenting and family counseling, A referral service that will guide in a positive direction through education and family intervention and interaction through resources available to them and their individual needs.
Provide personalized memorial media to Parents who've lost children to Gun Violence/Violence. To keep the memory of their departed children alive as well as bereavement counseling for those impacted by gun violence/ violence.
